Our annual conference, held on the 3rd of November 2022, was a sold-out event including planning consultants and development directors, local authority leaders, chief executives and senior representatives as well the local community and Surrey Wildlife Trust.
The conference highlighted the importance of good consultation and engagement to create a sense of place. It also opened discussion on areas of contention in planning including Surrey’s green belt, achieving biodiversity net gain and meeting Surrey’s housing need.
