The University of Surrey has established a subsidiary, Blackwell Park Ltd, to deliver its aspirations for a new village community on its landholdings in the West of Guildford.

With the historic town on its doorstep, Blackwell Park brings the best that urban and country life have to offer. Our vision is to see these homes neatly nestled in Surrey’s leafy hills in a stunning natural environment on the western edge of Guildford.
